The ReStore succeeds because we have some great volunteers who enjoy working with the public.  However, we do not have enough of them.  If you are not able to go out and hammer nails on a new house, consider spending a couple of hours, or a whole day, each week helping our customers, arranging stock, working phone, maybe even cleaning.  Mike works one day a week arranging things on the shelves. Judy runs the store on Tuesdays and Don runs it on Mondays.  Kevin (picture) volunteers all week long moving the larger items in and out and helping people unload their donations from their cars.  We have some heavy liting and some light work.  Do what comes natural.  Visit the ReStore and see what it is all about, then take to our manager about becoming a regular volunteer.
